Military (dependant) ID cards

미군 배우자 ID 카드에 대한 모든 것

- Military spouse ID card가 있어야 부대에 혼자 출입할 수 있고, 헬스 케어 혜택을 받고, 커머서리(commissary)와 헬스장(gym)을 이용할 수 있다.
- 4년 마다 혹은 ETS(Expiration of Term of Service)때 미군 가족 ID 카드를 갱신해야 한다. 만료되기 60일 전부터 갱신 가능하다.
- Sponsor가 승진할 때마다 ID 카드를 새로 받을 필요는 없다. (Enlist에서 Officer로 갈때나 branch를 옮길 때는 바꿔야함.)
- 카드 분실 시에는 militery police에 알리고 부대 규정에 따라 카드를 새로 받을 수 있다.

- 현역과 은퇴한 군인의 가족들은 황갈색의 ID Card (DD Form 1173)를 받는다.
- Permanent ID Cards : 75세 이상의 veterans과 가족들이 받을 수 있다.
- Guard and Reserve Dependent ID Cards : 빨간색 ID Card (DD Form 1173-1)를 받을 수 있다.
